It was love at first sight for me when I saw this Mexican Lace Agate. I just had to have it and when it arrived home it was even prettier then the photos showed. The delicate waves and tiny dots of the stone, the subdued colours and its polish are perfect. To me.

The last pale flower among the brown withered autumn leaves. So beautiful yet so sad.
A wonderful smooth frosted Smoky Quarts representing the autumn leaves.
A gorgeous smooth Aquamarine with little discs soldered around it, representing the last flower.
Both are set in handmade fine silver bezel settings and the pendant hangs from a simple sterling silver chain that closes with a hand made clasp.

When I first signed up for a Altered Treasure Tin Swap, I had a creative block. And then...Gypsy Mermaid contacted me and told me how much she loved Halloween, one of my favorite seasons to craft... Admittedly, I couldn't stop myself and got carried away!

I had found this blank wooden box at Micheals Crafts. I love little treasure boxes in every form, so it called to me, although I had no idea of what I would do with it. The wardrobe idea struck like lightening, (partly inspired by my niece Katie who used to send me minitures in the mail when she was a little girl) and now I can invision so many more themed wardrobes! In fact, I would like to have a Christmas Wardrobe Swap! Maybe a nativity? Or, Mr or Mrs Claus' closet, or wouldn't an elf closet be fun? What do you think? Any takers...???
